What is the cleaning process between clients?
All baby items are thoroughly cleaned between hiring. Being a mum myself I understand the need to to keep your baby free from germs so this is a number one priority. We also check all equipment is working and ready for your baby.
How do we get the SNOO?
The SNOO can be delivered for a fee or collected from Coomera Gold Coast
What is the booking process?
You can book directly through the website with your known dates, or you can email me at info@gcbabyhire.com.au your requirements and we can go from there.
Can I rent the SNOO for less than a month to see if my baby likes it?
Yes we have short term/holiday hire available for you to book. In some cases it may take your baby around a week to settle into the SNOO.
What happens if my baby does not like the SNOO? Can I return early?
Although this isn’t a common issue, we do understand that the SNOO doesn’t work for all babies (another reason why hiring is a great idea) so if for some reason your baby is not settling in the SNOO we will try our best to get someone else to take your booking as we usually have a waitlist
Can I book in advance even if I don’t know the exact date i’d like to collect?
Absolutely! This is the best thing to do as we usually book out in advance! Once you have secured your spot we can pencil in a date and closer to the time we can come up with a more accurate date
What is the cost to hire the SNOO?
You can view the packages on the hire page, they range from $75-$900
What’s included in the SNOO hire?
All SNOO hire options include: 1 x bassinet sheet and a choice of 4 swaddles which are in sizes SMALL (2-5kgs), MEDIUM (5-8kgs) and LARGE (8-12kgs)
How do I get my deposit back?
All deposits are returned within 24hrs of SNOO return in good order to your nominated bank account
